MATH

Barber-  Review for Friday’s CFP.  Practice estimating, partial product and compact methods.  

Brazier- CFP (Check for Progress) #2: Compact Multiplication.
Strand 2 DPP packet due on October 31. CFR (Check for Retention) #1 tomorrow.

Kornas - Hand back CFP2.1.  STUDY FOR CFP 2.1 RETAKE TOMORROW.

Reading: (Teacher - Mr. Brazier): “Readers vary the pace of their reading.” In-class assignment completed in one’s reading notebook.

Science: (Teacher - Mrs. Kornas):  Barber and Brazier’s class: Evaluate Scaled Paper Model of Solar System: LB, NT, GB.  Kornas’ class - watched SS presentations
HOMEWORK for ALL: RECORD WHAT THE MOON LOOKS IN YOUR PLANNER.

Social Studies: (Teacher - Mrs. Barber): Work in groups to determine the important parts of 3.4 and share our organizers.  HOMEWORK: read 3.5
