Brazier- Fraction sentences (2 red trapezoid pattern blocks = 4 brown trapezoid pattern blocks; 1 green triangle pattern block + 1 purple triangle pattern block = ¼; etc.). Conversions: Mixed Numbers to Improper Fractions, and vice versa. CFP tomorrow.

ASK YOUR FIFTH GRADER: What is an emerging theory that you have about the character you’re studying during reading workshop? What is a theory that your class is developing about Gilly Hopkins, the main character of your class’ shared read aloud?
