Science/Word Masters: (Teacher - Mrs. Kornas):  Plan WordMaster (WM) poster.

Spelling: (Teacher - Mrs. Barber): Students discuss this weeks spelling rule.  Write the rest of sort words 4 x’s each.  Create a poem OR a hidden word picture.

Social Studies: (Teacher - Mrs. Barber): Chapter 5 after the holiday break.

WRITING WORKSHOPS

BARBER: Writers ‘copy change’ published works. Ask your child about the apology poem they worked on today in class.

BRAZIER: “Poets use punctuation to their advantage.”   

HOMEWORK: COPYCHANGE VALERIE WORTH’S POEM “dog.” DUE TOMORROW.

KORNAS: Share Copy Change Poem. Plan for the Poetry Jam
