Thursday September 19th!

MATH
Barber-CFP 1 Returned!  Converting decimals to fractions and determining which is bigger.  Students should study the RULES!  CFP 2 TBD

Brazier- Return CFP 1. Connecting Decimal to Fractions & Percents. Rounding and Ordering Decimals. CFP #2 on Monday.

Kornas- Hand back CFP retake - show parents, green DPP problems #15-20 due tomorrow

Strand 1 I CAN statements:
* I can read and write 15-digit numbers.

* I can write numbers of up to 15 digits in expanded notation.
Example: 24,678 = 20,000 + 4,000 + 600 + 70 +8

* I can also write decimals using expanded notation (a.k.a. expanded form)
Example: 24.365 = 20 + 4 + 3 X (1/10) + 6 X (1/100) + 5 X (1/1000)
